If a dispute arises between you and Mio Real Estate Group relating to this website or these terms, the parties agree to resolve it through the following steps, in order:

• Good Faith Discussion - Either party may notify the other in writing of the dispute. Both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of that notice.
• Mediation - If good faith discussion does not resolve the dispute, either party may request non-binding mediation with a mutually agreed neutral mediator. Costs of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
• Binding Arbitration - If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in Utah under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision will be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class member in any purported class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
